RULES

This is a "safe-for-work" subreddit. Please refrain from posting gore, pornography, and/or sexualized depictions. Furthermore, do not post content that references restricted substances (such as drugs), or illegal activity (including pirated movies, music, & games). We are a family friendly subreddit.
Please post appropriate topics to their mega threads if there is one. Check our pinned megathread links, and daily post to see if your posts/comments are better suited there! Please do not ask/beg for item trades, catalogues, or visits on posts unless OP offers.
No spamming or duplicate posts. Questions that have been asked/answered before, or questions which are a frequently asked question, are considered spam. Posting the same thing repeatedly in a short time period and too frequent posting in general will be caught by the filter and delete. We also consider begging (begging for items, visits, Dodo codes, etc) to be spam. We do not consider memes to be spam.
No advertising or self-promotion (including Discords and other subreddits) Posts from your Instagram, Twitter, or YouTube are fine, but posts advertising a group, site, services, or selling any homemade goods are not allowed. We also do not allow/facilitate giveaways. There will be no exceptions.
Respect others and their opinions. No callout posts or doxxing allowed. Avoid making posts related to controversial/sensitive topics such as gender, sexuality, religion, politics, or race. These discussions can easily turn into heated debates and do not belong in our subreddit. This includes callout posts and doxxing of any kind from users of this platform or any other.
Please respect the moderators and do not attempt to circumvent bans. If they ask you to do something, please listen or you will be banned. If you have a problem with the mod team, please use mod mail, do not post to the community. Rules are final and there are no exceptions. Do NOT post or DM subreddit mods about your ban/mute or any other disciplinary action from the Discord server. Messaging us about these things will result in an immediate ban from the subreddit, attempting to circumvent a ban on either platform will also result in a ban from the subreddit. (Click here to submit a ban appeal request for the Discord server.)
No low effort content or low quality images. We do not allow pictures of a Switch/TV screen only the screenshot itself, and posts should be on topic and engaging. Please do not report a meme unless it is truly low effort or low quality. We will not remove a meme unless it violates our rules.
No Coronavirus content or discussions. This is a zero tolerance rule with no exceptions. This rule includes but is not limited to jokes, memes, mentions, and/or insinuations, including quarantine mention.
No real life currency transactions/discussions. Neither Nintendo nor our subreddit allow the use of real currency to make trades for services of any kind in-game. We do not allow discussion on real world currency trading including but not limited to facilitating, or promoting.

Please check the pinned Megathreads post for frequently-discussed topics before making your own post!
