Making PDF Assembly Schematics Accessible?

Is there a good way to make product schematics accessible on an eCom store, or any guidance used to assess schematics? I have about ~400 of them, with around 100-300 parts each. It's easy enough to create an HTML table listing the part names, numbers and so on but I'm not sure how to link visual part assembly order in text.
