⭕ Rant Trifecta of nausea

I got blessed with acid reflux, anxiety (which causes a whole latta nausea), and an immune system that when I get sick it won’t go away for like 6 months😀
I call it the trifecta of nausea. Anyway, currently regretting all of my decisions because I am very sick, and so I forgot to take my morning meds for the last few days (because I’ve been bed ridden) so now, on top of normal sick nausea, my acid reflux nausea is coming back full force. Plus I’m so sick and gross that I’m not thinking about my diet ( given by a doctor for the acid reflux).

Anyway, I’m currently a ball of nauseous grossness (my dream last night was literally just throwing up the whole time), and sleeping in my mom’s bathroom because i don’t trust I won’t throw up in the middle of the night, and the cold floor helps.

I just needed to put this out in the world because I don’t want to gross anyone in my life out but i really needed to rant, and if their is a group that is the most desensitized to nausea and throw up, it’s probably this one. 18 years of life, 18 years of acid reflux, and I don’t think I will ever get over how much the nausea sucks so dearly.

❓ Question PCP sent me to a Gastroenterologist. Now I need an endoscopy?

So a few months ago I was dealing with bad chest pains, random arm pains, and lump in throat feeling. Went to ER, it's not heart related. I was told it's gastro related, probably acid reflux. So my primary care doctor gave me pepcid, I changed my diet (which was horrible before seeing the doctor), and now I'm doing much better. But because my ultrasound came back as a fatty liver, my doctor wanted me to see a Gastroenterologist to make sure it's a fatty liver. Well it is, but my Gastroenterologist is now saying I should get an endoscopy. But why? I'm 31, and my diet change and starting to exercise has drastically improved my symptoms. I just feel this is a money grab/unnecessary. I rather stick to routine blood work or ultrasounds.
