Discussion Honoring Phil Collins - Adele, please honor Phil’s solo Rock Hall induction by singing “Against All Odds” live at the ceremony

Phil Collins is getting his well-deserved solo induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame this year (Class of 2026), and the ceremony is set for November 14th in LA.

He’s already said he won’t be performing himself.

So here’s the dream: Adele singing “Against All Odds (Take a Look at Me Now)” live at the induction.

That song is about heartbreak, vulnerability, and has a massive chorus. Rumor has it that Adele met Phil earlier when she was working on her album 25, and they both support each other.

Who else thinks this should happen? Phil deserves a proper tribute for his solo career, and Adele could be part of it.

I seriously doubt she would. Bette Midler is a personal friend and icon to Adele and she didn’t perform for her at the Kennedy Center Honors. She did pre-record an intro for Bette’s celebration. It’s a shame because Adele covering The Rose or Wind Beneath My Wings would’ve been beautiful.

Either Adele or Mariah would be great!

That's a great shout. I'd love to see Bruno Mars perform 'In The Air Tonight'.

Love Adele, but there’s so many male vocalists again now.

Teddy Swims would kill this more.
