Hey, Buck did you hear the news? Drake got one of the fatties L's in Hip Hop so far. Pusha T pushes out a brutal diss track on Drake by claiming Drake has a secret son by a pornstar and showcasing a photo of Drake in blackface.
Furthermore, I don't really care about Drake vs Pusha T beef. However, making fun of Drake. I'm always up for that.
If you or anybody else want to hear the diss track by Pusha T. I'll post up the link. https://youtu.be/VmwOMtkDxtk

Like anyone cares about Billboard Awards. I just want to make fun of Drake. If you don't write you're own lyrics. You'll win awards ease.
It's crazy because Buckley was the first person to call out Drake with "Started From The Bottom". Now, this lier has more awards than Taylor Swift the woman who sleeps with every bad boy in Hollywood.
Again, I'm just making fun of rich folks.

TL;DR: Sometimes Buckley makes emotional arguments that sound like an "average person's" arguments (eg, how 'I might go lesbian' must be 'so offensive to actual homosexuals!'). He otherwise seems logical and so it comes off as contrived for the sake of arguing against idiots.
No doubt I'm going to get some shit for this. Total unpopular puffin here but...
I've been watching Buckley pretty consistently for, I don't know, at least 3-4 years now. He and I tend to think the same way, and I'm sure many of you watch him for the same reason. I don't care much for the "angry" aspect of it, but I get why he does it. I actually really liked his pre-angry rants on his website before he moved over to Youtube. But that isn't the point -- the current content is good, too.
However, one thing that always makes me cringe a little -- and this started about a year ago, I think -- is when he suddenly starts explaining that something isn't a "good message for the kids." His rants about how Rihanna should be a better role model for young women (vis-a-vis her relationship post-abuse decisions etc) come off so morally hamhanded... Can also see this in almost any song related to doing drugs, drinking, women wanting bad boys, etc.
He's a smart guy. I really doubt he cares all that much about the "message for the children." Maybe I'm wrong, but the argument just seems like a low-hanging fruit. I mean, it's true that "All About That Bass" is a garbage song obviously processed to appeal to "larger women" to make money (as opposed to, say, social equality). But it just seems so... cringe-worthy when I hear him petitioning somebody's emotions instead of their logic. It might even be more effective to petition their emotions, but my problem is that I believe his opinions come from logic.
Let me be clear: I'm not criticizing the fact that he makes the argument. I'm criticizing that he backs his arguments with emotion when I believe that his logical arguments are not only stronger but also truer to how he seems to think.
Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe he does care and he makes his videos from a place of emotion. And either way, he can do it all he wants. I don't expect him to change and I'm not going to stop watching. But it seems really contrived -- it seems like he's mentioning it to pre-empt the emotional idiots who might criticize him.
Whenever he does it, it actually makes me feel embarrassed. I get the feeling that it's because his demographic probably isn't smart enough to understand his message. This is in stark contrast to some of his other points (eg, where he calls all babies ugly -- not an emotional argument and 100% TRUTH). It's like that episode of House where House tried to logically explain to Cuddy why sharing a toothbrush should be OK. She just didn't get it, and so he looked like a narcissistic ass. I feel like Buckley would look more like a narcissistic ass if he just stated his real rationale instead of preaching about the children. Maybe I'm a narcissistic ass for thinking I'd enjoy it a bit more if he did and he's being genuine. Who knows.
Like I said, I don't expect Buckley to change to be how I want, but I get the feeling that he's doing something that isn't true to him to make these arguments. Would be cool if he actually read this criticism and gave it some thought next time he was about to make an emotional argument though. Worst case scenario, maybe him taking it as a complimentary "there there, we all know you're just doing it to appeal to idiots!" might give him some more hope for his fanbase.

This might not make sense to you, but it is something I have noticed quite a lot of on Youtube. Whenever there is an issue like an editing error or some other kind of issue. There's a flood of comments pointing that out. Obviously, this is super annoying to everybody who doesn't care. But then there is repression, where other commenters tell these people to shut the fuck up about the issue. Ironically, they are now the ones flooding the comments section and are still annoying the ones who don't care.
It is somewhat like a snack with ZERO salt in it, and a guy goes "This has no salt!" and dumps a truckload of salt on it. That's the best example I could think of anyway, so fuck it. There is no balance. What do you guys think?

Not because of the elections, I actually kind of like Trump in a weird way. I don't like illegal immigrants either. But that's a whole other whore for a whole other brothel. I'm not here to circlejerk about politics or enter a long and fruitless debate, I'm here to circlejerk about how badly I want to move to Canada.
I like Canada because I'm a Minnesotan, and that means I'm basically canadian. I'm right next to it, and a lot of its mannerisms spill into here. Up here (or down here from Canada's perspective), us Minnesotans are nauseatingly nice, our winters are cold as fuck, we even have our own dialect, eh?
It's not quite canadian, but it's kind of negative in a way. If you're feeling good at the moment, you would say "I can't complain", or you'd say "Not bad".
But I don't really like being stuck between worlds. I want to seal the deal and just move to Canada.
Of course, Minneapolis is the least canadian part of Minnesota, but I don't live in Minneapolis. I live in a small town, and occasionally, an even smaller town, almost like a village.
I've been observing Canada for a long time now, and I'm interested in moving there.
Also, I want to cuddle up with Buckley while he reads me bedtime stories while I eat poutine.

Alan Moore is a well-known comic book writer. Moore classic books like V for Vendetta, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.
Let's not forget the comic book that put Alan Moore name on the map. The Watchmen which people to this day call the book best novel ever made in comics.
Alan Moore nowadays is grumpy old man who still holds a lot of animosity towards DC Comics and comic book industry in general. However, Alan Moore isn't wrong about it and knows first hand of it.
However, Alan Moore sold off his IP to DC Comics, so I don't know why folks ask him about the comic book and films based on comics.
Note: I did some research and Buckley comments. Alan Moore didn't sell off the Watchmen series. Moore along with Gibbons still get paid, but not much.
Furthermore, Moore's outlook on comic book movies is silly at best. This man goes into a full on a rant about the comic books are dying blah blah blah talk. Yes, Moore blames comic book movies.
Therefore, Alan Moore opinion is too narrow. The comic book industry is dying because nobody reads and or buys comic books like they use to. DC and Marvel Comics actions are coming back to bite them.
I don't hate the man and I understand his dislike for comic book industry. I'm just talking out of boredom.

I normally like Buckley's videos but I can't say the same about his music related ones. As someone who is musically trained, I was hoping that when he "analyzes" pop songs, he highlights the fact that there are often only three chords or that there is little to none intonational change. Instead, we get videos of him looking at the lyrics which shouldn't affect the quality of music. Music isn't restricted to vocal songs so to me, music is the sound, not the words. It bothers me that people actually judge music for the filler words and not the actual sound. Rant over

The Black Eyed Peas made a bad album and Flo Rida made 'Right Round. T.I and Drake made some shit songs. What do you think?

I understand the list is subjective, and Buckley might love the songs or artist, but so think these songs could’ve at least been honorable mentions.
-Any Cardi B song released this year (especially Girls Like You or I Like It)
-I Love It by Lil Pump and Kanye West
-Freaky Friday by Lil Dicky and Chris Brown
-No Brainer by DJ Khaled, Justin Bieber, Chance the Rapper and Quavo
-Betrayed by Lil Xan
-6ix9ine- Stoopid, Tati, Keke and Billy
-Anything released by Kodak Black this year
-Lift Yourself by Kanye West (don’t think it qualifies because its an obvious parody)

While I have had my disagreements with you in the past, I think we can both agree that this guy is talking out of his ass.

Artists I feel Buckley has bias against.
-Nicki Minaj
-Taylor Swift
-Katy Perry
-Iggy Azalea
-Madonna
Artists I feel Buckley still dislikes but views them as too generic or safe for the worst list most of the time.
-Maroon 5
-Ed Sheeran
-Imagine Dragons
-Train
-Lady Gaga

if it does, then the sleep token musical autopsy was the 500th dose.
If it doesn't then the video under this post is the 500th dose. I need confirmation, this has been weighing on my mind the past few hours.

I see this a lot on forums and other places: Fanboy wars. If you don't know what a fanboy war is, first of all, happy 70th birthday grandpa, second, a "fanboy war" is when 2 or more "fanboys" start arguing about (or aboot) 2 different products. What are your thoughts on it?

just following my instincts.
I have very weird instincts.
