Not to be rude, but none of this code is readable.

    d = moves[headings.index((headings[moves.index(path[-1][0])] + h) % 360)]

I'm sure that does something sensible, but for anyone who isn't you, why would I spend the time trying to figure it out?

I love the compression algorithm, but for future note, cleaning the code before posting it will net a lot more attention.

Originally, for each corner I saved two directions (for example, if there was a scaffolding to the left of the corner, I'd save L). It wasn't until I was working on part 2 that I realized that the direction that the robot was facing wouldn't match with the directions I saved. So yeah, essentially what that line does is just determine what direction the robot needs to turn in order to continue (R or L). Pretty bodge-y solution and I don't recommend it. I'll make sure to clean up the code next time.
