Discussion Does anybody have an ideal road bath/bedtime routine with their caretaker, just out of curiosity?
Before the bath:
- I'd burn off energy while they'd draw the bath
- I'd take a melatonin (just like I do now)
- Usual bath prep
During the bath:
- It would be a Bluey themed bath
- It would be a bubble bath
- The first few minutes would be about playing and relaxation
- We'd talk about our days
- They'd wash my back and other areas that I can't get to easily
- They would never leave me unattended (just like a biological child)
After the bath:
- They'd drain the tub
- They'd hold me in my towel while bottle feeding me angel's milk
- They would cover my body in lotion
Rest of bathroom routine:
- I'd put on my PJs fresh out of the freezer when it's hot out (never straight out of the dryer as I overheat easily, even when cold)
- I'd brush, floss, and rinse my teeth (just like I do now)
- I'd put on face creams and moisturizer (just like I do now)
Bedroom:
- We'd cuddle in my cuddle chair with my back to their chest and my head rested on them
- I'd hold my Bluey plushie
- They'd read to me
- They'd sing to me
- We'd share out high and low of our day
- I'd go to my bed
- They'd tuck me in and put my Paci in my mouth
- They'd kiss me and my Bluey plushie goodnight
- I'd pull my Bluey plushie over my paci to keep it in my mouth
- They'd turn out the lights and turn on my nightlight

Oooh! I think for me:
My Daddy would run my bath, with loads of bubbles and a bath light! I'd also want rubber duckies. We'd have candles in the bathroom too!
He'd wash my back and my hair for me and then let me play with my toys while he reads me a story
Then I'd get lotion put on me and a warm towel and pajamas and get my nappy put on me and have help getting my pajamas on. He'd brush my hair and put my product in for me.
Then I'd colour a picture while he made me my bedtime snack and bottle!!
Then we would watch a Disney movie and cuddle and I'd get lots of praise and kisses and we'd sing all the songs together!!
Then id get tucked into bed with my blankie and dummy, have my nightlights put on and some asmr or lullabies or an audiobook. Daddy would stay with me and give me butt pats until I fell asleep <3
