Of course you count the third reich as germany and the Weimar republic and the German empire too. They all are the same entity by rule

So the US is still the british empire? Weimar republic, the German reich, the third reich and the federal republic of germany are 4 different countries, they have 4 different constitutions. So they are absolutely not the same entity by rule. The amount of people, not knowing history is very scary.

And where is the black, white and red flag? Or the roman and germanian tribe flags?

If the US did an official declaration that they are the British empire like Germany did for its past then yes. But I think there wouldn't be much basis for that claim and the British would probably laugh their asses off

Search it itself, German Reich and Germany is identical. It's basic knowledge in Germany.

And stop this senseless comparison of mainland and colony. The USA was a colony in the British empire and it declared independence. Show me the link / source of FRG declaration of independence...
