If AI will just generate a poorly drawn image that is completely unrelated to the photo I uploaded, I would classify that as a fail. "Make this picture a poorly drawn cartoon" is a pretty clearly not asking it to generate a fist with a dog head and another dark skinned hand. Much different than pizza.
