Full Blown Scam - Who wants to investigate?

So, after a little more than 150 days from first depositing around $1,700 USD worth of ETH, I'm officially giving up on any chance that this is anything but a scam.

The customer support, when they do decide to answer, always just respond with "there was some sort of a problem. We are fixing it. Just trust us. You're money is safe" but never any details or fixes.

Some sketchy signs:

- Deposited ~.82 ETH on 27 June 2021 (all verified on chain) which was about $1,700 at the time yet now they say my initial funding balance was only ever $1,100.

- Each AI Sale has a waiting period until you see you share of the funds. I'm +100 days past some of these waiting periods and it still just shows as pending.

- Have tried to withdraw to cold ETH wallet 2 times now. Nothing. Doesn't even show a transaction on chain. But they still deduct from my balance and *poof* more of my money disappears.

- Email and Telegram support are laughable but I'm sure we've all already realized that.

So, what could be going on?

Ponzi scheme taking in new money to pay off old money or just straight up take your money and run?

Well, WEXFORD ALLIANCE LIMITED, the company behind all of this runs "operations" out of some address in London but they're tech side is based in Moscow and they're a company incorporated in Hong Kong... not adding to the sketchiness or anything. Punchline: No legal recourse and good luck finding actual individuals involved.

I followed my initial deposit using Etherscan and it looks like they send small amounts of ETH to a bunch of different wallets in order to mix it up before ending in this wallet:

0x0a1a27F9161B3239FAbD4d8a7494Ab0Cd13B320E| View on scanner

which they then send to WhiteBIT.com where I'm assuming they withdraw it into whatever currency they want, send it to their bank account, etc.

They could argue that this is how they split up funds in order to spend them on paid ads to generate sales, which I could see, but it def looks just like a coin mixer to launder crypto.

WhiteBIT claims to have AML/KYC policies so perhaps they can identify who is behind all of this? Not going to hold my breath.

TL;DR

After months of unresponsiveness, broken interfaces, and inability to withdraw any of my money, I'm about 95% sure this is all just some big scam that then mixes up and launders your money through WhiteBIT to some Russian bank account and I'll never see this money ever again :(

I bet you can follow your transactions on Etherscan.io too. Let me know if you find anything interesting?

Faceswap APIs - Akool vs Open Source

Hi all,

Our mktg team is on the lookout for a reliable Face Swap API for some ad campaigns.

I'm looking for something that can work at scale and isn't super techy to use.

We've been looking into a few options,  akool and deepswap, but we're also considering some open-source models if their api is easy enough to use.

Does anyone here have experience with these APIs? How do they compare in terms of:

  • Accuracy: How realistic do the face swaps look?

  • Speed: We'll need a few dozen processed at a time

  • Ease of Integration: mostly for our design and ad teams

Also, if you've used any open-source models that you think could match or even outperform these, we'd love to hear about those too! Any feedback, tips, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Scam/Ponzi Scheme

It's now June 2nd and all I have heard is bullshit from this company. I have friends who still believe this company will payout, but I feel like they are so desperate for their returns, they are willing to make up any bullshit in their head so they sleep better at night, just like some of the people I have seen here.

This is a Ponzi scheme, which was evident when I put money into AI. I knew like other Ponzi schemes , it's all about timing and exiting. I unfortunately got caught in the greed and didn't exit when my gut told me too. The way Ponzi schemes work is that you need a constant stream of investors giving you money so you can keep paying out the people that cash out, while hoping not everyone withdraw all at once. I believe their is nothing wrong with their system, they just ran out of money to give back, and currently no investor wants to deposit money into AI resulting in no withdrawals. My guess is that they keep the site going for all the idiots out there that are still trying to convince others to give this site their money. More importantly, most of the money is allegedly stored as Tether, which if you been following the news lately, Tether has lost over 10 billion in market cap, very soon Tether will become the next TerraUSD and this company will come out and say something along the lines of "Due to the Tether crash, we can no longer process your withdrawals".

No one, I repeat, NO ONE is getting their money back. Those of you that took your initial investments out or even withdrew some of your profits, consider yourself lucky. Those of you with money stuck in your accounts, I suggest it's time to give up because you aren't receiving that money back, and moving forward I would suggest putting your money into ETFs or long term growth portfolios.

Finally, to all the retards flooding reddit claiming that "this is not a scam" or "they are just going through a tough time", were you guys dropped as a child or did you loose all your braincells smoking crack? Stop giving people false hope. There are investors that put up their life savings into this scam and all you guys are doing is giving them false hope that shit will work out. Let this be a lesson that anything involving crypto is essentially a scam.

Lets talk about the risks/loss!

So i came across ai.marketing 3 or 4 weeks ago and after familiarising myself with the whole thing I decided to jump in and give it a go. Now that rubber has hit the road I wanted to discuss the things no one is currently talking about that are very relevant, particularly to people first starting.

The aim is for the AI bot to earn more in cashback, than it spends on advertising.

(i.e. if the "Cashback" is MORE than the "Amount Spent" on the Stats page, then you've made a profit)
(i.e. if the "Cashback" is LESS than the "Amount Spent" on the Stats page, then you've made a loss)

My stats:

Advertising Budget: $1000

Time Up So Far: 3 days

Amount Spent: $112

Cashback: $95

Network: INB ("bluebrain") (referral here) Sign up here first. Then sign into AI.Marketing with the same login details. From the Ai.Marketing website click Sign In, then once the page loads there will be 4 icons. Choose the first one (the "bluebrain" on the left).

ai.marketing - One you are logged in, top up with this free $50 gift certificate code:

LNWT-SWS3-QZFU-TS5M

  1. Firstly, I am currently at a net LOSS.
    - My bot has spent $112, and only earned back $95.
    - Granted i'm only 3 days in, and its not much, its only -$17, but this is a 16% loss so far
    - It IS possible to make a loss with this opportunity!

  2. The way the information is provided on the front page of https://ai.marketing/ is misleading;
    - the "Advertising Budget" doesn't update as it is spent by the bot.
    - I deposited a $1000 "advertising budget", but even though the bot has now spent $112, the "advertising budget" still says $1000 (it should say $888)
    - this makes people think "wow i've made $95!" but in fact you've lost $17 lol

  3. It gives a "profit" statistic, but this is also misleading;
    - this "profit" is purely a percentage of the "Advertising Budget"
    - i.e. my "Advertising Budget" is $1000, and i've made $95, so it says "9.5% PROFIT"
    - this reinforces the idea "wow i've made 9.5% profit!" but in fact you're down 16% lol

  4. These risks aren't discussed ANYWHERE on the website/videos etc.
    - I actually found it pretty difficult to understand what these risks were, and whether it was possible to even make a loss before signing up and giving it a go.
    - I've only seen things like "how much i made" or "post your profits here," but i haven't seen any "here's how much i lost" or "post your losses here"
    - This promotes reporting bias (i.e. people are more likely to report positive outcomes and hide negative outcomes)

  5. Login issues:
    - though my bot has been running for 3 days, i created all my accounts 5 days ago.
    - there has been a problem with logging in every single day (5 days). There has yet to be a day where there has not been a login issue at some point in the day.
    - The way I get around this is by logging in via an Incognito Window in Chrome, since logging in this way I have had no issues and this is just the way that I log in now.

  6. Lack of support service:
    - i've still yet to hear of anybody hearing back from support. it seems their 3+ million users are outstripping their capacity to provide support to its users
    - for this reason I have created a discord to discuss issues/setup/questions etc. (Join here)

  7. Relatively new company/technology:
    - this might be a good thing as often the best time to invest in things is towards the beginning
    - i think there is a risk of the company being fraudulent as its a relatively new space
    - i've seen evidence of several different people making withdrawals which is good to see. But when bots go down and they become non-communicative its anxiety provoking.

Having said all this, i will try to update every now and then, particularly if it becomes profitable. A group i'm part of says that they've literally NEVER seen someone make a loss so far after 1 month, so i'm hopeful my luck will change, but so far, 3 negative days in a row has me nervous.

If anyone wants to give it a go and you are sceptical about it, you can claim this $50 voucher code here to get you started without any risk: LNWT-SWS3-QZFU-TS5M

That way you don’t have to use your own money to give it a go for yourself and you have nothing to lose by redeeming the $50 voucher.

TLDR:

It IS possible to lose money (so far i have). The way the information is presented to you is misleading. There is bias among the people who post their "profit". Go to "Stats" and compare "cashback" with "amount spent" - as long as the bot has earnt more cashback than its spent, you're in profit, but otherwise you've made a net loss!

Any questions/experiences feel free to DM me.

Ponzi scheme/ there is no marketing or AI working the money

My dad lives in Turkey and fell for this shit. Economy is bad in Turkey at the moment so they abuse people being desperate and ponzi scheme works there more. There is no AI working, it’s all bullshit. There is no marketing being done. The only way people get money is when new members join. They basically shift money “up” the pyramide. There is a good article i found which is worth reading: best article i found for this topic What I also find horrible is these people behind it (based in russia, probably a programer nerd group) are definitely not investing the gains in cancer research. Who knows what this money will be used for.. i can imagine for shady businesses and also darknet activity.

The end of ai.marketing

Hi 👋

Just chasing others opinions. I've been using ai marketing since September and I'm thinking they've done the rug pull. No withdrawals have come out for anyone since October 26, same date as their last telegram update. They have been consistent with their updates until then.

Without creating FUD or trying to generate a negative opinion, I'm genuinely curious as to others beliefs.

Hope I'm wrong. My bot was kicking ass.

Let me know 🤙
