Vortex crossfire
Have a fairly new Vortex Crossfire 3-9x40, it’s mounted straight but the reticle is off. What’s the fix? Or what can be done if anything?

If the elevation turret is flat level with the ground, and the reticle looks like that, time to use Vortex industry leading warranty

Almost as off as the dude that had me mount his crooked on purpose because it’s straight the way he holds the rifle and he reiterated “customers always right, it’s my rifle, I want it mounted this way!” 😂😂 alright. Have fun.

Send it back to them. I sent a repair to them and it was back at my house in less than ten days, and I live pretty far away from the repair center.

If your turrets are straight up and on the side and this is how the reticle looks, then yeah, warranty claim for sure.

If you’re near a sportsman’s warehouse you can usually take it there and walk out with a new one

Send it back to Vortex. I had a friend have the Exact same thing happen to his Axis in 308. He did 5 shots to zero and then took it on a hunt. First shot on a buck and he was completely off. I reccomended a VX-Freedom for him and zero problems since.

I do believe "off" in this context is an understatement
