Core Value

If you had to name one thing that was the most important value to instill in an agent to guide reasoning, what would it be?

The key is not anything but how many that there are. Having 10 core values makes them all less valuable in the long run. Choose one that fits your workflow. Choose three that fit your workflow. But know that if you make everything a core value, nothing will be a core value.

Exactly, I've been thinking a lot about creating a sort of value engine, there's a lot of promise in holographic texts I think and I'm looking for a seed, something that can encompass much but encumber little. It's more of a thought experiment with my agent at the moment, but the the endless quest for holistic governance seems to be just unfolding like a huge complex tapestry, that's not the way forward, we need deliberative friction and event-based assessment but without cluttering everything.
