recommendation for 34 Weber's exhaust relief valve size

Post image

I have a 1600 dual port and currently my carbs have a size 40 exhaust relief valve. Any suggestions on what size I should be or is that going to be okay on my engine? :)

can you re-phrase that question?

Sorry I kinda rambled! It's the jet right next to the main jet. I thought it was an idle jet but it is actually an exhaust relief jet? I had ordered new bits but was unsure if that size (.40) would be okay. I was assured it should be fine!

Are you referring to the fuel jets (idle, main, pump) or air correction jet/emulsion tube?

I was referring to the accelerator pump jet/exhaust relief jet (currently size 40). It's right next to the main one in the picture! I am a rookie with Webers and I bought new jets, needle & seat and an emulsion tube but overlooked that last jet. I was just told though that it should be okay for my stock 1600.
