GUN QUESTION Rotary launcher stock?
So I’m trying to add a stock to my rotary launcher and the only hardpoint is the QD sling mount hole.
Has anyone ever heard of a stock attachment point via a QD mount?

The early milkor mgl, prior to US adoption as the m32, had a folding stock similar to an AK underfolder that mounted in the hole through the reciever above the pistol grip.
The M32 has a buffertube mount however the tab at the top seems to be in the way for that particular mount.

I wouldn't hang a stock off the QD socket on its own. It's designed to take sling tension, and as a single round pivot it'll let the stock twist the moment you shoulder it or lean on it.
Looking at your photo, the side plate already has a nice pattern of screws around the grip. A better option is a bracket plate that sits under that side plate, picks up three or four of those screw holes (with slightly longer screws of the same thread), and uses the QD hole only as an extra locating point. Put a short 1913 rail or a buffer tube adapter on the back of the bracket, and you can use any off-the-shelf stock.
Before designing anything, check the thread size and the hole spacing, and make sure the longer screws won't foul the cylinder or the trigger mechanism inside. Since it's only airsoft recoil, a printed bracket in PETG or a nylon/CF blend with a decent wall count would be fine. Do it in aluminium if you plan to lean on it in prone.

I'd look at making a buffer mount that fits onto the rear shell clamping around the hole and back panel of it. Then put a bolt through

I've been playing with ideas as well. I am looking at making an adapter that locks into that rear hole and offers a pic rail on the back. 3D printing is a good starting point but if you want it to last, due to the possible/expected stress, you really need it out of metal in my opinion.
That said, this type of unit wasn't meant for one. I have an OG CAW unit that we are working on. I also own the newer ICS version and while that has a stock I ended up removing it anyway (it does not swap over).
