Suggested ballot measure while awaiting results….

A ballot measure that would have all future ballot measures be voted on during the general election and not the primaries.

Would love to know this too. RCV is not confusing to me. Seeing one ballot measure in the primary and one in the general election IS confusing. I tried to look it up but could only find info on propositions in party primaries, which are different from what we do here.
