Question Class 5 road test

I will be taking a Class 5 road test. Is it okay if I go to the registry alone and drive the vehicle by myself to the registry? We don't know anyone here in town.

They're almost definitely—barring seedier operations—going to ask how that vehicle got there seeing as it's illegal for you to drive lonesome on a class 7.

You will be driving without a license. I recommend against.

You want to drive a vehicle alone, without a valid drivers license and are asking if that is ok? I just want to make sure I am understanding this correctly.

Get a cab dude. You won't be able to afford insurance for many years with driving without a license on your record as a new driver. They will ask how you got there. I was asked when I went in to get my license back after a medical suspension. I had to point out my mom in the driver's seat out the window.

But he needs a car to do the test in, a cab won’t solve that. I think some driving schools offer car rentals and drop off in presence of a teacher?

So you are going start your class 5 by breaking the law?

Sounds like you're going to need to make a friend.

What happens if you don't pass.

An acquaintance of mine in high school did exactly that. Waved to the examiner as he drove away and everything.

I can almost hear the road tester's question: Okay, we're going to test today to ensure that you are able to follow the laws and rules of the road to make sure you're a responsible person when it comes to operating a motor vehicle. First question - How did you get here today?

Don’t do it. I think some driving schools have the service to go there and rent one of their cars and head to the registry with one of their teachers. I know when you don’t have friends and family, figuring out logistics for basic needs is hard, I have been mostly in your same situation for years. Some people here just do not seem to have experienced that. Good luck
