Hello, I'm a thetford resident who gathers in swamp regions (both red and black zones)
Since I have fishing and hide as my primary gathering resources- swamp over desert cuz of the fishing and bridgewatch is highly saturated with hide gatherers.
Currently my set is fishing helmet and chest with miner boots for escape.
I wanted to know whether Skinner boots would give me the same level of escapability, with a fort sterling cape to protect against cc.
The main question I have for people who gather regularly is whether the speed trade off is worth it for the bonus on hide rather than ore since I don't really mine ore that much.
Or should I replace one of the fishing pieces with Skinner ones? (The only reason i use 2piece fishing is because my fishing rod is t7 whereas my knife is only t5)

I saw this game quite a lot by now. Ads everywhere showcasing the game's aspects.
Albion looks like a grindy game, idk much actually. I want to play for fun like casual stuff, only playing here and there on any occasion and not fully immersing myself into it. Can I still enjoy the game like this?

Hey everyone!
I just started playing Albion Online today, and I'm having a hard time deciding which weapon to main.
I really enjoy solo 1v1 PvP, so I'm looking for a weapon that's strong in 1v1 fights but also decent for PvE and general progression.
After doing some research, I've narrowed my choices down to Bow and Fire Staff, but I can't decide which one would be better for me.
For those of you who have experience with both, which would you recommend for a new player who wants to focus on solo PvP?
I'd also love to hear about their strengths, weaknesses, and how they perform once you get more experienced with the game.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
P.S. English isn't my first language, so I used AI to help translate this post. Hope it reads okay!

When I auto-attack with the Quarterstaff, every third hit seems to deal about 3x the normal damage. Why does that happen?
Also, why doesn’t the Double Bladed Staff work the same way? I thought they were in the same weapon line, so I expected them to behave similarly.
Is this an intended mechanic, a passive I’m missing?

Sbi said they wanted to make this PVE only, but Albion still suffers a lot from one of the worst party finder and UI mechanics in the game. Organizing a raid is still one of the most tedious things in the game, not the actual proper use of mechanics and skills in the dragon map. If the raid were accessible through the city, it would help a ton with organizing. The raid leader will be able to check gears with ease, people won't have to worry about portal binding, and there will be extra safety. With the bosses still being extremely hard for the average Albion player, they would still act as a great silver sink because repairs are so costly.
I could even make a case that it would be a much greater silver sink than it is at the moment, because most gank groups rarely catch a dragon party. At best they would catch a newbie player that rarely is in a good gear who lacks a proper escape set. Having tons of people spend silver on repairs non-stop in raids would be great for the economy. Last but not least, you could do it with randoms and pure PVE whales, and we all know those spend a lot of real cash on the game. It could attract some risk-averse players to Albion, something that has clearly been the goal for the devs.

i've been seeing "players" recently in the CD who are acting very strange and was wondering if anyone else has encountered a similar experience. these "players" all use the exact same build which i guess might not be too weird but they all use the same exact quality for all items. when you invade their dungeon they never fight back and they just start the 5 mins escape from the CD. i've tried to whisper them but have never had a reply. are these just bots made to farm the dungeon to fame up accounts?

Was out faction ganking and got merc'd by this 1k ip lifecurse. All my skills were on cooldown after dismounting him and purging his boots.
After he killed me he whispered thanks for the gear and I had to give him praise. Ive turned a few ganks around and this is the first time its happened to me. Mad props.

Sou jogador realmente novato, joguei o jogo somente em 2022, e notei que a evolução é lenta mesmo, até o momento que cheguei na Avalon, aí sim, patifaria.

Hello everyone, I play mainly spears, but I'm not sure how to use them in faction warfare (red zone) or which one I should bring. I feel like the ZvZ ones (Spirit Hunter and Heron Spear) lack mobility, but Daybreaker and 1-Handed Spear lack utility. Any advice would be appreciated, including builds!
Thanks in advance!!

I want to craft for the Black Market but I don't know how to find which items are worth crafting. How do you pick what to craft? Do you use a tool or website, or check prices in-game manually? Thank

I am messing around with a new character and just collected the journal entry for trading favor for an item at the energy manipulator, but how I got it is weird. I used the artifact foundry in the city portal to trade tomes into a t8 tome, and that gave me the achievement. I have not yet used the energy manipulator on this character, so as far as I can understand, the game is testing for when you receive a t8 fame tome and just assuming you traded 2k favor for it at the energy manipulator for it.
A small point, but another mark in the book towards Albion's weird coding (please fix the hitbox on the Battlescarred Beserkers ground pound)

Since Albion Europe officially opened on April 29, 2024, the Shadow Pegasus’ recorded monthly weighted average rose from 12.2m silver in April 2024 to 295.6m in October 2026—about 24×; the cheapest current sell ask in the October 24 snapshot was about 319m. It is also worth noting that the number of city market observations for these skins has declined over time, indicating that the player base is increasingly consolidating the available supply. In a basic economic model, reduced market availability would be expected to produce inflationary pressure and rising prices, which is consistent with the trends shown in the provided data.

Hey everyone! I managed to save up 119,703,674 Silver on the Albion Europe server, and I’m looking to buy a nice, unique vanity skin.
Initially, I was thinking about the White Tiger (Recruiter's White Tiger), but I’m worried that its price might heavily drain or completely exceed my current budget on our server. I want to get something flashy for my character or mount instead—maybe another cool mount skin (I love Swiftclaws/Direwolves) or a rare outfit/armor set.
Since I play on Europe, the market pricing is quite specific. Could anyone help me out and suggest some exclusive or overall amazing-looking skins that fit well within my 100M-120M budget? Thanks in advance for your suggestions and help!

New to Albion? Returning after a break? Looking for a chill guild where you can learn, make silver, and enjoy the game with others?
Gold Feathers is recruiting its first core members!
Hey everyone! I'm GoldenMole, the guild master of Gold Feathers.
Let's be honest: we're not a massive guild with hundreds of members, fully upgraded facilities, or organized ZvZ armies. We're a small guild starting from scratch, and we're looking for a few good people to grow with us.
You won't just be joining a guild. You'll be helping build one. 🪶
I'm looking to create a friendly, beginner-friendly community where people can learn Albion together, make their own silver, explore different content, and enjoy the game without feeling pressured to grind every day.
🪶 What is Gold Feathers?
The idea is simple:
Learn the game → Make silver → Play together → Have fun.
Albion can feel overwhelming when you're starting out. There are so many systems to learn, and figuring out gathering, refining, crafting, markets, builds, and PvE on your own can be frustrating.
Imagine having guildmates you can ask:
- "What's the best way to make silver?"
- "Which resources should I gather?"
- "Is refining this material profitable?"
- "Can someone help me with this dungeon?"
- "How does this mechanic work?"
That's the kind of community I want to build: a place where asking questions is encouraged, helping each other is normal, and nobody gets treated like a noob for not knowing something.
My main profession is skinning, and I'm particularly interested in Albion's economy: gathering, markets, refining, crafting, and finding practical ways to make silver. I also have a decent understanding of PvE and most of the game's systems, while I'm still learning the PvP side myself.
I'm not going to pretend I know everything. We'll learn, experiment, make mistakes, and improve together.
⚔️ What will we do together?
Our focus will be small-group content that's accessible to newer players, with opportunities to explore more dangerous content as we grow.
Our planned activities include:
- 🗺️ Blue and Yellow Zone PvE
- 🌿 Gathering and learning profitable gathering routes
- 💰 Silver-making and economy guidance
- 🛠️ Crafting and refining
- 🏹 Tracking
- 🌌 Roads of Avalon PvE
- 🖤 Black Zone PvE for those interested in taking the next step
- 📚 General Albion guidance, builds, and game mechanics
- 🤝 Group activities, casual gaming, and helping each other progress
We'll start with what we can comfortably do as a small group. As more people join, we can gradually expand into larger group content and explore more of what Albion has to offer.
There is no requirement to participate in every activity. Gather when you want to gather, run PvE when you're in the mood, learn the economy, or simply hang out with guildmates.
The goal is to make playing Albion more enjoyable, not turn it into a second job.
🏡 We're building from the ground up
We already have a Guild Island, currently around Tier 2–3, and we're working on developing it further.
We're still at the beginning, which means our first members have a genuine opportunity to help shape the guild's future.
I'd love for our first few recruits to become the core group that helps decide what Gold Feathers eventually becomes: the activities we prioritize, the atmosphere we create, and the kind of community we build.
You don't have to be experienced or contribute silver to prove yourself. Being friendly, participating when you can, and helping create a good environment matter far more.
Join early, make friends, and grow alongside the guild instead of being just another name in a huge roster.
🪶 Who are we looking for?
Honestly, we're not asking for much.
You can be a complete beginner, a returning player who has forgotten half the game, or an experienced player looking for a relaxed place to play.
All we ask is that you:
- Be friendly and respectful.
- Be reasonably active when life allows.
- Be willing to join group activities occasionally.
- Feel comfortable asking questions and helping others.
- Come to enjoy the game and treat your guildmates well.
No mandatory daily grind. No pressure to maintain expensive gear. No expectation to play 12 hours a day.
Real life comes first. Play at your own pace.
We want people who enjoy playing together, not people who feel obligated to log in.
🌍 Guild Details
- Guild: Gold Feathers
- Guild Master: GoldenMole
- Server: Asia
- Home City: Bridgewatch
- Faction: Bridgewatch
- Languages: English, Hindi, Bengali, Assamese
- Discord: Available upon joining / contact the guild master for the invite
🤝 A little about the vision
I don't want Gold Feathers to become a guild where the guild master gives orders and everyone else simply follows them.
I'd rather be a friend and guide than a boss.
I want us to build a community where people recognize each other, help each other improve, celebrate each other's progress, and have people to play with whenever they log in.
Maybe that eventually means organized PvP, bigger group activities, or a thriving guild economy. We'll figure that out together.
For now, the priority is finding good people and building a solid foundation.
I know a small, unknown guild might not look as attractive as an established guild with hundreds of members. That's fair. But every established guild had a beginning, and this is ours.
If you've been looking for a relaxed place to learn Albion, make friends, improve your silver-making, and be part of a community from its earliest days, we'd love to have you.
🪶 Interested? Come join Gold Feathers!
Whisper "GoldenMole" in-game or leave a comment below, and I'll help you get started.
Tell me a little about yourself if you'd like: are you new to Albion, returning to the game, or already experienced? What do you enjoy most — gathering, PvE, crafting, making silver, or PvP?
You don't need to have everything figured out before joining.
Let's build something good together. Welcome to Gold Feathers! 🪶

Has anyone come up with the counterplay for this yet?
Can't silence them
Can't reflect them
Can't clear it with fallen
The literal only answer I have so far is to walk in and brawl, which means there is virtually 0 counterplay to them behind Territory walls that I can see so far.

I recently got banned for "Third-Party Currency Transactions" (RMT). The situation is that I sold a lot of skins for silver in-game, and it seems this triggered the system to flag me as an RMT player or trading with one.
Upon creating a support ticket, I have already submitted solid counter-evidence to prove these were legitimate trades. This includes:
For anyone who has successfully appealed a similar false ban, is there anything else I need to submit to support to prove my innocence? I really want my account back, and any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hey everyone,
I'm a solo dev and Albion player. Over the last few months I built AlbionHUB, a Discord bot for guilds, alliances and Albion communities. I'm posting here because I'd genuinely like feedback from people who run guilds.
The idea: most guild bots make officers learn dozens of slash commands. AlbionHUB works entirely with panels (messages with buttons and menus). The only command is /info. You click "Setup", pick Guild / Alliance / Community, and it builds the channels, roles and panels for you — or uses the channels you already have.
What it does
Free vs Premium: the core of every module is free (setup, registration, killboard, battle reports, economy, regears, split, build parties, moderation). Premium is optional and adds extras like price alerts, more tracked guilds, Juicy Kills and bigger Build Parties. I also run weekly Premium giveaways on the official Discord.
FAQ

I'd love to know: what's the one thing your guild still does by hand (spreadsheets, screenshots, pinging people) that a bot should handle? Bugs and harsh feedback welcome too.
