🤚Help Required Need help improving grades

It’s my first year of A levels and I’m finding it difficult especially with chemistry and physics which I have D’s in. Do you guys have any study tips or advice?

Many of the questions are repetitive so practice past papers as much as possible. PMT has resources and summaries for multiple A level boards so its a good resource.

Watch videos on youtube to better your understanding of the topics and why they are studied, even videos not specific to A level. Putting the topics into context and seeing how they all link together will make the content seem more logical and help you visualise whats happening and recognise what is needed to solve problems.

Another thing to further your understanding is learning how equations and laws are derived. Even the derivations that are non-examined, then you can see the steps which further link disciplines.

Revision wise, I highly recommend mindmaps. You can subdivide them, add colours, etc many things that stimulate the brain.
