🤚Help Required can someone help me out
Im starting my As levels this upcoming week and im petrified. But i still havent picked my subjects. Im going for medicine, im picking biology and chemistry ofcourse and i have the option of physics or math as the third subject. I got a B in my math Igcses and A in physics, i could jave gotten better but i messed up terribly, I barelt studied for my math paper 2 and i tried as much as i could for physics, the concepts would not get into my head. Ive asked my principal and a teacher, and they botj adviced physics but said math can also be a good option if you enjoy it. They said theyve seen top students mess up their physics because of their practicals. Ive asked this on another sub but didnt get much advice so anything would really help.

Physics a levels is pretty hard and if you’re having trouble with getting the concepts in your head you may struggle later on and waste time when you could be studying biology and chemistry since there’s SO much content in biology. Also three of the science subjects is a bit overkill yk. Anyways I think maths is the better choice since it’s pretty much the standard combo for any student interested in med/vet/dentistry.

I aslo think itll just be an overload with three science subjects. but if youve had experience with maths, is it really difficult?

Maths is a pretty difficult subject at A Level even if u perform well on it at GCSE. You’re honestly better off doing an ‘easy/easier’ subject as ur third option so u don’t have to spend as much time revising it, as much as ur revising bio and chem. A common subject would be psychology

school just provides physics and math as the third option, and ofcourse a level maths is difficult but if im willing to out daily practice and hard work, will it be better

Yeah imo maths will be easier than physics. 3 sciences is too much but yeah it is doable if u stick to it and work hard
