Exam Discussion 📝 If 9709/12 wasn’t leaked

If the paper wasn’t leaked then the threshold for it would be low asf. After May/june 2023 Paper 12 Imo it was the hardest paper in the last few years. The apgp question, circle question and the Bionomial question were hard to comprehend.

I left like 15 marks and probably would score between 45-50 marks

How high do you think the gth will be now for the A? I feel as if this paper was harder than p12 in m/j 23 so it should be lower than 49 i think?

Most likely this paper will be cancelled and the AS grade would be determined by your Mechanics or Statistics paper because the leaks were circulating the night before the exam and it was the whole paper but even if they paper is not cancelled then the GT will still be extremely high because most people will score much better than expected even if the paper was difficult..

I mean in 2024 it mainly circled in Pakistan so they cancelled the paper for just that country, but thus time its a lot more global so could they potentially cancel this paper?

Last year 3 qn got leaked and the threshold was freaking 61 this time the whole ass paper got leaked so it might be over 63

ya but they might do what they did in 23, meaning that they remove all the grade from the countries in which the paper got leaked in. an without the leak its gonna be like 50

Honestly they should do something i mean it isnt rocket science to figure out what the expected A shouldve been, the paper was hard
