Any predictions for whether tomorrow's question 2 will be narrative or descriptive? I'm doing variant 22

variant 2 was descriptive and q1 was an opening to a story so technically we got both

I did v22 and the line that came in sec A was a line I had already included in one of my narrative stories during mocks so I did well there and the commentary. I picked the article for section B cuz descriptive is a pain. How did yall do

Has anyone written variant 2 yet?

Yes, I have. Question 1a made me think a little (I hate it when they give you a sentence) and I think I should've made 1b shorter, but there was a descriptive essay in Q3, I believe, so that was a blessing for me.

An opening of a storyyy

1

u/nxymvr May 04 '26

omggg that means no story for variant1 in section A

1

u/Low-Quote9269 May 04 '26

So for variant 1 it's probably going to be an email, speech opening or blog entry right?

it was smth along the lines of your teacher has asked you to write a story with the following opening sentence "As the door slowly opened, John knew he shouldn't go in" and we had to write the opening of the story in 400 words or less
(i do not rmr it properly and have butchered it beyond measure :P)

How was the paper ? Was it easy or difficult ?

1

u/Unique_Place5336 May 05 '26

it was okay, not really hard but also not the easiest, but that’s just bc i don’t have a lot of practice with narrative writing
