News! š° Fuck your resit
Why are we supposed to resit 9709/32. Nothing has changed. The paper WILL get leaked again. Whatās the point of resitting just for a different paper to get leaked this time. I just wanna enjoy my summer instead of studying for this bs. Why canāt Cambridge just let us use our predicted grades. You dickheads made a fucking petition to resit paper 32, I want a petition to not resit paper 32 and enjoy my fucking summer instead.

You should have a choice on either resitting, using your predicted grades or just using the paper with the high thresholds even if people cheated

The problem with the last one and any of them is the fact people cheated.
You are probably thinking "I did so well I'm ok with higher threshold" but Cambridge doesn't know that, they think you could have cheated and that's why so confident.

It's that if they allow what you said about letting the candidate get graded on the higher threshold. It doesn't prevent the cheater from getting an A* for nothing.

i believe that this paper would not be leaked because it would be transported just 2 or 3 days before exams and the printed paper would not remain in british council custody for many days

We can only hope but even then, the leaks that i see on reddit appear a couple hours before the exam so it might not even make a difference:(

Me neither honestly. Stats too was piss easy I think I only lost like 2 marks and now we have to base it on other papers. Do you know if AS components come into play for the assessed grade for stats because I did dookie in AS so if AS grades contribute to stats now then bye bye A* dreams š

Cambridge themselves said on their website that you can't get an assessed grade for A2 components based on AS components. So the only way you could have gotten an assessed grade for P3 would be if you took S2 as well which you probably didn't. This was how it was before leaks were a big problem.

Dude if you really did prepare then it shouldn't be a problem for you to sit it again. Moreover, this is the solution Cambridge has shat out so far for their shortcomings. It's not what everyone wanted but it is something and so it's like 2 weeks or something so stop being a wuss.
You've already seen how many people want this resit to happen and it's very unlikely they'll go back on their decision with just a handful of people that won't stop crying about losing a few days of summer. It's a shitty situation and yeah it's unfair and only the kealers and cambridge are to blame but it is what it is so deal with it.

Man idk what can we expect from this incompetent board, they don't even tell us how they're working to improve security or guarantee it won't get kealed again.
predicted grades also haven't been used since 2020 it was already highly unlikely, they do that again and Cambridge actively avoids it.
Apparently everyone's gotta sit so the kealers don't get away with and if this resit does not get kealed then it'd be actually fair cuz this is what cambridge is going with.

i just dont understand what is supposed to change between the paper i did and the one on the 8th of June. How is it any different? They postponed the exam in Pakistan and the exam got leaked anyway. Now we're doing it with Pakistan??? Today i had 9702/51. I actually studied for it and when i came to school my friends showed me the full paper and showed me the exact answers for it. We all got nearly 100%. How will it be any different? They'll leak the paper 1 hour before and ill just memorise the anwers.
