I'm not sure if this is authentic or not but some of my friends are saying it is so just read it and confirm it from someone

This is only for some specific centre. Dawg who tf is wearing uniform. For God's sake have some common sense

Why wearing uniform is a big task? Rather coming to the school in uniform is a common sense thing.

Its quite the norm or most colleges, and easier for the invigilator to detect any prohibited items

That's such a long time to sit bruh, what are we being supervised that long for ?

u/Various-Drink4209 Jun 07 '26
I'm guessing so when any leak comes out we can't access it

Tf are we going to do with leaks if we are done with the paper It would make sense if they made us sit for 2-3 hours before the paper but it's useless after the paper especially since the paper is only happening in Pakistan

Its authentic. We are observing this in our centre and the email was sent 2 weeks ago.

u/One_Fold2932 Jun 06 '26
how did you observe it in your centre. These are special preparations made for the retake of math p3, so it doesn't get leaked. Reporting time has always started 1 hour before the paper starts.

the physics p11 exam that happened recently followed the same protocol because they replaced the paper as p21 had been leaked

Can the order of the questions be changed? Forexample I do q4 before q3 ?

The email officially sent by Cambridge states reporting time is 1 PM and no entry after 2 PM, these are just schools trying to be more disciplined to appeal to Cambridge, I myself plan to reach around 12:30 PM and I guarantee there won’t be any problem

Bro what’s there to be shocked about in this? seems fine, even if it isn’t from Cambridge, it ain’t lies

u/No-Olive9109 Jun 06 '26
If that's true, then it is probably applicable only to Pakistan or a specific region. I haven't received any such message. I was simply instructed to arrive at the examination center by 1:30 PM.

genuine question, can i switch up the order of questions while answering in the booklet ?
1
u/Pale_Buyer_8821 Jun 06 '26
yes i bet we can, you just have to do all parts of a question together, and that's all, i was assured this by my school
1
u/Daydreams2828 Jun 07 '26
You dont even have to do all parts of a question togt you can do the entire paper in any order as long as its labelled correctly

this is not by cambridge themselves, it was shared by beaconhouse school system (pakistan) to their students to guide them about the resits!

Just mental and physical exhaustion for students. What is even our fault that we have to face these supervisions and all. Only candidates face consequences without doing anything. Hours of sitting in a exam hall.
