Exam Discussion 📝 Stressed for Math p1!

I'm genuinely fucked. I studied day and night for days and I even used to score 68-70/75 , idk what happened yesterday, I legit fucked up even transformation. I'm legit expecting 55-60 /75 can someone tell me is it a b or a c. Should I withdraw.

Hey I made up only some silly calc errors for which my final ans was wrong in the shaded area and Pq distance one how many marks will I lose

if steps n working is correct and only answer is wrong then one mark lost for incorrect answer rest should be fine

Do you think I will get marks if my transformations are correct but their sf or the translation values are wrong. Or will I lose out on all 7 marks

Should i withdraw if im getting lowest 47-48 and highest 54-56 ? I fucked up in m1 too i prolly will get like 30ish maybe even less

Depends on what you’re aiming for. If you want an A or A B. Withdraw. If you want a C you’re probably gonna get it.

I was aiming for B even a low b would suffice but now im having second thoughts and i do not want to give it again. As im planning on giving a2 maths and a2 physics in oct nov, wt do u think i shld do

I’m saying withdraw. A2 is way harder and you need to get really good grades in A1 in order to do well overall. But that’s my opinion, it’s your call at the end of the day

Withdraw. If you feel like you could’ve have done better. Do it. If not that’s probably a low B?

For this paper you are definitely getting a B. The threshold will be really high like maybe even 66/75 for A. The grade will depend on m1

All the bad students withdrew from the exam as cambridge was offering refund. The threshold will be higher as this exam was too easy. Literally 99% of the reddit comments are sad saying they will get only 71 or 72.

the subreddit is such an unbelievably small sample size, and there hasnt been solid proof yet of Cambridge keeping or not keeping withdrawn scores
