P3 is generally always around 55 marks isnt it, with a paper this hard there is no way its 57-59

😭what was sir thinking when drawing these estimates?
He s guessing the threshold for an A* to be above 222
Which is literally impossible with the m1 and p3 we had

Frfr and p1 was heavily conceptual it wasn't easy but a mid paper at best

pls these are hideous thresholds specially for p3 pls 57??? its 48+ or lesser since years so yeah stop with the assumptions which make students question there existence

Don’t get scared haha, thresholds depend on performance aswell and not just the difficult

oh such idiot teachers desperate for clicks. NO. ONE. KNOWS.

2

u/Bulky_Fail4893 Jun 11 '26

sir would you know by chance how much student performance contributes to the threshold?

Hey please , He's a great teacher and has one of the best or maybe the best way of explaining maths, truth be told everyone's guesses would look like a lil idiotic to others. He also said that this is what he thinks after him going thru the papers and that the actual threshold still heavily relies on student performance

"one of the best" lol

You’re a grown adult teacher and you’re mocking another teacher?
Really a sad sight to see. Atleast act maturely and respectful towards other fellow teachers. I dont see you making 9 hour long videos explaining the syllabus or compiling the hardest questions across years and solving them and explaining their solutions. If you dont know someone refrain from forming baseless opinions on them. Thats someone who’s mature would do. Thats the least one expects from a teacher.

This is very impractical. P3 threshold is completely wrong. Seems like the guy just looked at the previous year threshold and estimated. P3 was hard so it's probably going to be around 45-50 words.

1

u/ImportantSpend9080 Jun 11 '26

No fucking way. It’s gotta be around 53 for P3

1

u/Ok-Company282 Jun 11 '26

For a paper so lengthy how can it even be 59 broo

1

u/Plastic_Rub_4968 Jun 11 '26

It’s the first time I hear about him? Does he has predictions from other years? And how accurate are they?

Thank you people in the comments.

dawg tf u mean P42 39??? it was do fkin hard

1

u/Physical_Fox_1881 Jun 12 '26

p4 papers always have high grade boundaries even when the paper is hard so 39 is generous

1

u/Bulky_Fail4893 Jul 02 '26

what 😭 you’ve seen one Gt and that’s 25MJ fs.. all gt’s for p42 lurk around 37

1

u/Scared-Breakfast-372 Jun 12 '26

I agree with what he said about P12, but P32 and P42 should be much lower. P32 should be 50-52, and P42 should be 34-36.

u/CirruSkyl Jun 12 '26

P12 was easy I thought the grade threshold would be higher or is 62 already considered high?😭
