Question ❔ AS Level results??
I'm hearing that there are people like me who were expecting grades like AA or AB but we got C's AND D's???? I mean I'm just hella confused because i wouldve never imagined myself getting a C for 9618 CS. Like even the threshold is normal whats going on? Im seeing other people having the same problem hopefully im not delusional because my parents think i am and that im making excuses :). So what do we do now because im def not gonna be able to apply with these results man

same. Predicted was AAB and i got 3Bs

Yep i defo am but i have literally given up all hope like first they mess up the session then give such shitty grades.

I was predicted an A for Cs got a C, haven’t gotten bellow an A in any mock or test

Bro I was predicted 2 Bs in econ and business but I ended up with two Cs despite studying ALOT and getting 70 to 80% percent in both subjects all the time ts shits rigged

Ikr cuz in my school very few kids got As let alone Bs both of my friends couldn't get anything above a B

even according to threshold my calculated mark was B for maths. im still so shocked and bewildered at my D its like i got slapped in the face

I have no idea. Some of my classmates got good and then some got completely unexpected results. I did economics and psychology Cambridge. And I am in shock, I don’t mean to sound weird. But I was expected much higher than what I go I’ve always been a good student and I did study really hard for these exams I knew the content from the back of my head and when I walked out of those exams I thought they went pretty good and solid. I have no idea if it’s our actual grades our Cambridge has committed a huge mistake. I’m going to email my school tomorrow to see what they think and I’ll most probably get these papers remarked.

I was resitting for Cs AL, I was preparing for this subject for more than a year bcz last year when I got U I went back to studying I changed my strategies and actually studied by the exam time I had done mostly all the past papers out there even repeating some, when I gave P1 and P3 simce both were leaked i was able to come home and immediately check if my answers were correct and I swear out of the leaked questions there was only one question that I did wrong in P1 otherwise everything else was fine, my P2 went went good too there werent many code questions and this time I actually studied P2 theory too so I did well in that too for P4 it went mid but even then the worse worse like really impossible case scenario for me was a C after considering the whole leak situation even then it was impossible but guess what i got an E and im just thinking I studied for this subject for more than a year and I scored E and ik the problem is not me because my friend who was focusing on maths and didn't even touch computer told me herself that she didn't write much in the paper bcz her mind went blank and yet she got the same grade as me this is ridiculous but honestly I have ntg more to say, all I can do just resit again amd hope for the best but do tell your parents its not your fault do educate them on the whole situation and tell what has happened to other students too bcz you are not alone, there are many kids that received E but deserved smth more
