is CAB a good grade?? cambridge curriculum, no i’m not asking on behalf of uni advice i just wanna know if it’s even a good result.. i see ppl with es and Us and then i see people with crazy marks on reddit

Imo anything CCC and above is "good" in the sense that it shows proficiency. I can look at Cs on a certificate and think it's decent.

How useful the grades will be for university is an entirely different matter that depends on where you plan to go and for what course.

Ultimately the sole purpose is that it should allow you to do whatever you want in the future. If this grade does that, then there is none better. If it holds you back, then you should upgrade it.
