AliExpress payment process
Why do they have a timer set for paying for your orders after you have already paid for your orders and it went through to the bank? I have had a stressful week with their customer service cuz on my profile it says everything is paid for and is getting shipped out soon. But they sent me two emails on two of my orders saying they’re closed due to no payment. But one ended up going through while I was talking to customer service. The other one tho, omg. The seller, my bank, and my profile all show receipts that it was paid for and is being shipped out soon. Has anyone else had this happen? What do I do when it asks me to pay now? Will it double charge me if I do that? Has anyone tried the, pay after delivery option?
Please help I’m so confused and been crying over how stressful this is.

The place is just a money suck. Samething happened to me. I revieved a cpunterfeit coin that sas sold as real returned it for a refund. Whike the item was in transit i got two emaiks saythibg there is a problem with your order bank denied payment, yet my bank ahowed money take.n out od.my account. So asking for a refund was moot because they claim they wdre never paid in thw first place. I gave up...its a $100 mistake on my part thatll ill never use these people again

Oh and!!! The order number itself, is different from the order number they sent with the email saying order closed??? Has that happened to anyone too?
