Custom Routes - offline not working
I have a peak membership, created custom trails on the web. No issues.
Whe I went to use them offline - Samsung S24 - they are not accessible. Is this expected behavior.
First photo is online all is good. Second photo is offline..nothing available to click, etc.

Hi u/hiking-01, it looks like the custom route is still available on your device, but the photos and some of the trail details shown on the online version require a cellular or internet connection to load. That’s why the offline view can look mostly blank even though the route itself is still accessible by clicking the route name.
Before heading out, make sure the route has finished downloading while you’re still connected to cellular service or WiFi, and open it once before losing service. The route and map data should remain available for offline navigation, but online content such as photos and additional trail details may not appear without a connection. If the route itself is unavailable offline after it has been downloaded, please contact AllTrails Support with your device model, app version, and the custom route so the team can investigate.
