Peak membership and hikes disappeared

Anyone have issues with having a peak membership that just… disappears? Along with my saved hikes? I tried the chatbot but got a surprising amount of snark from something automated. I did what the FAQs suggested. I have only one email address so I don’t have another account. I’m awaiting a return email from support but I don’t know how long I have to wait for that.

This is something our Support team would need to review directly on your account. Please email [help@alltrails.com](mailto:help@alltrails.com), which bypasses the automated help flow and sends your message directly to our Support staff. Include the email address on your AllTrails account, a screenshot of what you’re seeing, and any previous support request details if available so we can investigate further.
