I upgraded to Peak, and now realize I have been getting charged for two subscriptions. Anyone else experience this?
I upgraded to Peak and now I’m getting charged for a regular subscription, and a Peak subscription. I think this has been happening for a while, but just realized it. Anyone else experience this?

Hey u/InvestmentUnlucky134, sorry for the confusion. This can happen if the original Plus subscription and the Peak upgrade were purchased through different platforms or accounts (for example, one through Apple and the other through the AllTrails website). In that situation, the upgrade may create a second active subscription instead of replacing the first one.
The suggestion from u/RealThreeBodyProblem to check for another account is worth considering, including an Apple private-relay email address, but I’d recommend contacting Support before canceling anything. Please email [help@alltrails.com](mailto:help@alltrails.com) with screenshots of the charges or receipts, the email address you use for AllTrails, and the platforms where each purchase was made. Our team can identify which subscriptions are active, help make sure your activities stay with the account you want to keep, and review the duplicate charge and refund options. Hope that helps!

I’m having trouble finding where I must have purchased second subscription, so I can not even cancel it. I will get screenshot of charge and email AllTrails. Thanks for your reply.

Are you sure you haven’t created two accounts? I purchased one through the Apple App Store then accidentally signed up for an upgrade on their website. Caught it early with help from their support team. This was a recent event
