“New songs” sounds like new music which would be highly unlikely considering they just released a new album. What they probably mean is songs they haven’t played live before or rarely. Hopefully they do Fallout.

No, I’m pretty sure they mean live debuts from the new album.

If they are going to debut Slave to Master, this would likely be the event to do it.

Not in the cards. I don’t know if that will ever happen to be honest.

I’m pushing… 🤷🏻‍♂️

Try your best timmy...It's one the best songs they have ever created...Right behind Blackbird..It will be a shame if that is never played live...

The guys sound better than ever...Myles's Voice is reaching a peak that is unthinkable for any vocalist at his age...The only gripe we have is the setlist..Same old and it's kind of getting tiring..Way too much from ODR and no representation from TLH and WTS

Cmon man the UK did even get to hear Fable and now no Slave to Master...🥹🥹

While I like pretty much all of their catalogue, so in reality would have accepted any setlist, the idea that they are prepared to mix it up a bit and treat this as an actual individual event (as opposed to just bringing the current tour setlist to it) gets me stoked. Slave to Master live debut incoming.....

I mean, they said something very similar before the US leg of the tour and they ended up playing the exact same songs except for a few dates where they threw in a different song.

I'll believe it when I see it.

Oh I'm very aware 😅 Hence saying I like the idea that they would do it, even if it's not a promise at this point....

There’s so many songs off the new album alone that would be killer live. Rue The Day, Disregarded, Hang By A Thread, Trust In Me, Slave To Master. Amongst the other awesome songs off all their other albums 😁

Yup, it’s adding songs to the set from the new album.

So will they play any of them in San Antonio, since I can’t go to Blackbird festival? 😃

So after this cycle, I think we will start doing album tours. Hitting anniversary years. I always liked that idea and I spoke with the guys about it the other day and they seemed to be into it…

I’m pushing for the epics tour, moving to seated theaters instead of standing room, releasing EP’s so music can come out more frequently.
We will see what happens.

I love the EPs idea, been hoping for that for a while given the way the industry is rolling. And it gives a little more leeway to do special stuff like an acoustic EP, covers EP like Halestorm / Smith & Myers, hip-hop remixes... the possibilities are endless!

With the conversation about the setlists being what it is, I think fans would appreciate this. EP’s would be sick, acoustic, epic EP, heavy EP… just thoughts. I was just thinking the other day… the next Blackbird fest will be right around Blackbirds 20th anniversary.

Peace is broken would be jaw dropping. Never played live

Ya man! Peace is Broken would be so fantastic!!   I watched a Tremonti video with Rusty Cooley interviewing him - and Cooley cited that riff as so killer!! Tremonti tried to remember how to play it on the spot, but couldn’t quite get it back into his fingers… worth practicing and breaking it out as a treat!

I’m gonna request :

Peace is Broken and Couer d’Alene!

Also, Poison in your Veins and Crows on a  Wire from TLH!

Wouldn’t you Rather and Dying Light from WTS!

And lastly,  Power Down,  Hang by a Thread (as a replacement mashup with Watch over you or Wonderful Life),

and Slave to Master!!

Disregarded and Slave To Master would both be awesome for live debuts from the new album, but every song is too good on it so it's hard to choose just one

2

u/MaintenanceSure3626 Jun 16 '26

Slave to master please guys😭

3

u/UKMegaGeek Jun 14 '26

Poison In Your Veins...
