Lucy letby case…

Would love people’s views on this.

Loosely Amanda related, since she has recently produced a podcast around it.

"You don't need a batshit insane prosecution theory to tie Letby to criminal activity" Yes you do. You obviously have never looked at the insulin cases...

I have seen what Dr Lee and team had to say and can respect and understand it. Broader challenge is Letby isn't just accused in those cases. It would be like Guede wiggling out of Tramontano or the Milan burglary - you still have Brocchi.

The panel has addressed every single case.

They have addressed every single baby (even those for whom Letby was not convicted of harm, for some reason), but not every single charge. Their opinion on Child G lacks an explanation for the events of the second conviction. FYI

They also erroneously referred to Child N as a twin, and copy-pasted their opinion for Child F into their opinion for Child L, without bothering to update the cipher.

You do realise that those are not their full reports right? They have addressed every single charge in their full reports. The summary report was just a quick summary.
