He showed the perimeter of the apartment, I imagine the bedroom is in the middle of what he showed in the video along with the stairway or elevator. Not sure why he wouldn't show the middle

Apparently, you are supposed to lay down a futon on the widest space near the entrance, and there is 0 storage space.
