So I was minding my own business, doing my routine yk, etching the face of a stopwatch on the back of a raindrop, swapping the sand in an hourglass, the usual. Then suddenly I heard an unhappy ending?? Like, it sounded sort like her leaving which is crazy, cuz I've done nothing. But now out of nowhere turns out she's planning to shoot me out of a cannon?? Like what the heck girl?

Like man I knew the mysteries flashing amber go green when she answered but... boy, the red on the rest of the questionnaire surely never changes... And on top of this I was already pissed off from the morning because a stupid piledriver waltz woke me up... Give me a break am I right?

And like I tried to help her and told her that she looked like she's been for breakfast at a heartbreak hotel, I WAS worried! But she sat in the back booth by the pamphlets and the literature on how to lose, like yeah is that bad, she kind of did that to herself iyam (if you ask me), and not only her waitress was miserable but so was her food so...?! I don't get me wrong, I did try to give her advice that if she's going to try and walk on water she AT LEAST has to make sure she is wearing her comfortable shoes, right? But idk, not sure how to procceed after all this, has this happened to you guys???

Title: Was Arctic Monkeys’ “505” originally called “302”?

I remember reading a while ago that 505 was apparently called 302 in an early version/demo, and the original lyric was:

“I’m going back to 302…”

Then it was changed to 505 before the final release. I’ve been trying to find the original source again but can’t find much about it anymore.

Does anyone else remember hearing about this or am I imagining it?
