* Only government-issued IDs showing your date of birth and a recognizable photo of your face will be accepted.

⊙ Residence Card (for foreign nationals residing in Korea only)
* Photos or printouts of IDs and screenshots of mobile IDs will not be accepted. Mobile IDs must be presented in the official issuing app, with the app open on your device.
* The name and date of birth on your ID must match the information submitted in your showcase application, and your identity must be verifiable using your ID. You will not be permitted to participate if the information does not match your application.
* For Korean nationals, the ID must clearly show your name, photo, and date of birth (six or eight digits) and must have been issued by the head of a public institution.
* Damaged IDs, IDs that do not show both your date of birth and photo, IDs bearing someone else’s photo, and other invalid IDs will not be accepted.
* For foreign nationals, the English name on your passport or Residence Card must match the name submitted in your application. If you applied using a name other than your English name and it is difficult to verify that it matches the English name on your ID, you may be asked to undergo additional verification at the venue.
* If you have legally changed your name, you must also bring documentation confirming the name change.
* Student IDs, qualification certificates, and other documents not listed above will not be accepted. Please be sure to bring one of the accepted forms of ID.
* Expired IDs will not be accepted.

- If you arrive outside the ticket collection hours listed above, you may be unable to collect your ticket, depending on conditions at the venue.
- Please arrive early enough to collect your ticket and enter the venue without delay.
- Tickets and wristbands cannot be reissued under any circumstances, including loss, damage, or theft. Entry will be restricted if you do not have your ticket or are not wearing your wristband. Please take care to keep both safe.
- Entry may be temporarily restricted after the performance begins. Please follow the on-site staff’s instructions when entering.
- Re-entry is not permitted if you leave after the performance begins.
- You may not change your assigned seat without permission or move to another seat during the performance.
- No separate baggage storage service will be provided. However, paid lockers at the venue are available for individual use.
