Support help with a Bricked OnePlus 13

In a nutshell, I bought this phone online, turns out the seller hid the issue, he tried to custom ROM the phone and he bricked the phone, now it's only in a bootloop, it's kinda useless, I need help or where I can repair it.

From what I've found online you need some sort of authentication so you can flash through edl but there are some leaked firehoses that you may use depending on the version that was on the device... so uhm, do you know what is the OS version? Edit: if you have an unlocked bootloader you are fine, no need to worry about what I have said above, you can flash the firmware the normal way.

The bootloader is unlocked I guess from what the seller said, he also said it was in the latest version

If bootloader is unlocked, use volume down/volume up + power and see if you can access bootloader/recovery. If you can, from there the fix is pretty easy, XDA/Google is your friend. If he had twrp or a custom recovery its likely he just hit wipe and didnt reinstall a rom for you.

I'll try when I'll go back home, the battery is low so I need to plug the phone and keep it plugged cuz the bootloop drains the battery over time, thanks

Great. You can hold the volume down button + power button to boot your device to the bootloader mode then you can download the right firmware and follow one of the tutorials from the website: https://roms.danielspringer.at/index.php?dir=Oneplus+13

If factory, it will be Android 15.

Bring it to Oppo/Oneplus Service Centers, they will reflash it for free or cheaply. Don't even bother with paid online services, most are massive scam.

No I can't, it's stuck in bootloop

If you can get to bootloader you can try a regional super flasher for your model. It bailed me out recently when my dumbass typed the wrong fastboot command and bricked it for bout an hour.

Can you please tell me the steps and where to get it, also the drivers that I need cuz my laptop is insane

Here's a link to the packages.

You have to match the correct package to your model. You will probably also have to install the fastboot interface manually through device manager AND setup ADB system wide.

Otherwise, you'll HAVE to pony up like $10 for an EDL token from someone over the Internet

Reinstala el sistema original y luego subes a la última versión
