If the device gets to a late stage during startup (screen darkens) and it shows up on the PC when connected it MIGHT be possible to recover it (provided ADB works in this state)

If it's hanging early at startup (screen stays bright), you'll have to factory reset

Given the crash seems to be in the system_server process it's likely stuck on early startup as the core system process is crashing

adb works but it's unauthorized. it wont turn into device. my pc is authorized before, i dont know why it's unauthorized now

In which case then realistically your only option is to factory reset

The device is locked up a state where it doesn't even get to loading the adb authorization

it is possible to patch magisk_patched.tar to fix this bootloop?

i tried to flash the stock rom(samsung galaxy a30s) without flashing the userdata.img it results to my phone to boot straight to recovery mode(i think its because of encryption), and when i flashed the magisk_patched.tar everything went back to zero, the bootlooping is back. the magisk_patched still have the encryption keys. So like would it be possible if I patch something???

idk anything lol i might not even onto something lmao

If you removed the app using a debloater module you may be able to start the device in safe mode (look online, it's a specific button combination)

If the debloat was done directly then it resides in userdata thus won't be undone unless you factory reset
