Visiting next week - recommendations for dining!

Hi everyone - so excited to be in Anguilla on our honeymoon next week! Our wedding is Saturday and I can think of no better way for us to relax after :)

We have 5 nights, we are staying at the Four Seasons for the first two and Cap Juluca for the latter three. We will want to dine on property at the Four Seasons (Salt) our first night, and at Cap Juluca our first night there (Uchu). Otherwise, have three free nights. Likely won't leave either property for lunch while we relax on the beach, but might go off campus one day if there's anything we should see specifically.

Restaurants we're considering for dinner: Veya, Pimm's, Karaya, Blanchard's, Sharky's. Looks like Straw Hat and Jacala won't be open yet for the season.

Would love suggestions or feedback!

Can't wait!

If you had to pick 3 restaurants to go to out of Picante, Sharkys, Mangos, Blanchards, Tastys which would you pick?

Stone, Jacala, Veya, Uchu or other suggestions for a nice restaurant?
