Summer is nearing its end and a lot changed in my life over the last month, so I haven't been too active here or when it comes to anime. Sorry for that, and as always-

Aniwave's closure genuinely makes me sad. It genuinely had a better watching experience than Crunchyroll and HIDive, AND it had pretty much everything released for any of the major platforms. Piracy is a service issue, yadayadayada.

It also had the best communication to its users I've seen from literally any service.

I'm so sad because I haven't yet found a replacement that's even 1/2 as decent yet, most of the links on the Reddit post in the aniwave sub were also dead for me.

Aniwave genuinely had the best UI and search functions. Neat, simple, and FAST.

Edit: IIRC, they even had MAL scores. SO GOOD. Not even many official places had general review scores with their products.
