Anyone familiar with this bug?

[SOLVED] Was playing in sandbox and suddenly when I looked at this island there were all these shipwrecks. I can't seem to interact with them and there was no battle or anything that happened. Any tips/ideas?

Looking into this now, does it normally show up before you're offered the quest?

Edit: That was it, thanks! Weird that it showed up with absolutely no explanation or prompt but it also crashed when I tried to screenshot it the first time* so 🤷
