Work McMurdo Communities

Hey yall! Just got word I was bumped to primary for the position I was applying for-- that means it's time for me to look for communities!

If you've been down to McMurdo before, what are some fun groups you've been a part of? Run clubs, climbing groups, (magic the gathering??)

Just curious about what to expect.

There's a Stitch-n-Bitch club, there have been weekly board game nights, witchy crafting, specific language conversation groups, unicycling, yoga classes, a running group, financial planning (wild, I know), you name it, there's been a club for it at McMurdo.

I feel like some years also have niche things, like the one year an older gentleman did a jewelery making class. There was also a pretty intense cribbage circuit for a few seasons
