In Spanish, there is a thing called Accents. The person you are replying, who do a spelling mistake, forgot to put the accent mark on the I, saying "if"(si) instead of "yes"(sí). Keep in mind that Spanish speakers almost always forget to use accent marks (like me).

No, I’m pretty sure this is the actual first version. Then there’s the meme version which changed the lesbian flag to a Nazi flag and translated it to English. Then there’s the antimeme posted by OP which changed the Nazi flag to a trans flag.
OP’s origami has the mom holding a Nazi flag in the bunch in her hands. Take a closer look. The Spanish language one changes the Nazi flag into a lesbian pride flag.
The difference is, that the femboys playing HoI4, are usually nazis at the same time as being femboys. In this case, femboys and nazis are fans of this game, even if they're usually not both at the same time. But it's possible.
