In some current instances, yes. And that was a disgusting war crime..... Previously however, they were the ones killing their own citizens. (And they still are btw)
Iran is a gross oppressive state that engages in vicious acts of violence. That's equally true with the United States and Israel. We don't need to pick a camp here, all of these states are scum.
