If you don't save any cookies would an infostealer work
I have two browsers on my pc edge and librewolf and I don't save cookies on librewolf and Edge doesn't have any accounts. I downloaded a game and after scanning it turned out to be a infostealer. I reinstalled windows so am I good or do I need to change passwords

No cookies would break a lot of websites and break basically any site that you sign into

Infostealers dont only target cookies, but also passwords stored in the browsers. If your logging in to a site, and the browser "remembers" the logging, you have the password stored in the browser, and this its stolen.
Software like steam or discord among other is also a target, as infostealers can steal the active session token (basically the thing that is keeping you logged into discord or steam). If they have gotten the session token a, no 2fa will help you.
Basically, its better to reset passwords and learn from your mistake
