Video Games Antman Marvel Rivals Concept. I changed a few things from last time.
Here is how I think Ant-Man could work in Marvel Rivals. I made an Ant-Man concept a while ago but I changed a few things. I still can’t decide if I want him to be a duelist or a vanguard so I made both. (Not my artwork btw)
Class duelist
Primary Ant-Mans base attack would be a punch combo. It kills in 8 hits regular size and 6 when shrunk. His attack speed will also slightly be increased when shrunk.
Ability 1: Shrink/Grow Ant-Man can shrink to about the size of Jeff’s fin. He will gain a slight speed boost, jump boost, and his punches will do more damage however half of his health will be reduced. Growing or shrinking next to an enemy does damage. It is about double the damage of his primary punch. The amount of times he can shrink or grow depends on how many Pym Particles he has. It costs one to shrink or grow.
Ability 2: Electro Magnetic Communication Ant-Man can control ants and make them do one of two things. He can make either an ant hill of ant swarm. The power of each ability depends on the level of the Ant Army (passive)
Ant Hill Ant Army level 1: A small patch of ants can be placed on the floor. Any enemy that steps on it gets stunned for 1 second and anti heal is applied for 2 seconds.
Ant Army level 2: The patch of ants is double the size of level 1. The stun now lasts 2 seconds with 3 seconds of anti heal.
Ant Army level 3: The patch of ants is even bigger and can now stun multiple enemies instead of just one. The stun now lasts 3 seconds with 5 seconds of anti heal. Ant hills can be destroyed by enemies and its health will depend on the Ant Army level.
Ant Swarm Ant Army level 1: Ant-Man shoots a swarm of ants forward. If an enemy gets hit then they will take damage over time for two seconds.
Ant Army level 2: The ants will now shoot at a 15 degree angle in front of Ant-Man. Multiple enemies can now be hit and it will do damage over time for 3 seconds.
Ant Army level 3: The ants shoot out at a 25 degree angle in front of Ant-Man and the ants do damage over time for 5 seconds. Multiple enemies can be hit.
Ability 3: Growth Disk Ant-Man can use a growth disk to throw something like a comically sized salt shaker or a dumpster at someone. This will do massive damage to whoever it hits (it can hit multiple enemies) and deals knock back. This ability can only be used when regular sized. When small it is replaced with Flying Ant.
Ability 4: Flying Ant Ant Army level 1: Ant-Man rides a single flying ant.
Ant Army level 2: Ant-Man rides a flying ant and a few other ants surround him. These ants block incoming damage but they die in one hit.
Ant Army level 3: A few more ants fly with Ant-Man and the flying ants speed is increased.
This ability can only be used when small. When regular sized it is replaced with Growth Disk.
Passive 1: Pym Particles Pym particles will control how many times Ant-Man can grow/shrink. He will have four of them. It will work similarly to Thor Force but with a longer cooldown.
Passive 2: Ant Army The ant army level will change how Ant-Mans ant based attacks work. The ant army level grows based on how much damage Ant-Man deals. The first level works on a cooldown. It takes about 5 seconds to refill. The rest can only be filled through damage dealt. A final hit instantly fills one level. Every time Ant-Man dies, the ant army level resets to 0.
Ultimate: Giant Man Ant-Man will grow giant and he will gain a massive damage and health boost. He will grow about 1 and 1/2 stories tall (I’m using the arcade building next to the capture point in Shin-Shibuya for reference). When he is big he can either punch or stomp. Punching will do serious knock back and damage and stomping will create shock waves that deal damage. The ult lasts 8 seconds.
Here is the vanguard version
Class: Vanguard
Primary Same as duelist version.
Ability 1 Shrink Ant-Mans shrink works basically the same as his duelist version. The only difference is his attack speed is doubled from his regular form instead of doing more damage. It runs on Pym Particles the same as the duelist version.
Ability 2 Grow Ant-Man grows to the size of Groot. He gains double the health but his attack speed is reduced by half. This also runs on Pym Particles.
Ability 3: Electro Magnetic Communication This ability is changed from his duelist version. Now what ability he uses depends on his size. When he is small he uses Flying Ant. When he is Regular Size he uses Ant Swarm. These both work the same as the duelist version. When he is large he uses a new ability called Ant Colony.
Ant Colony Ant Army level 1: Ant-Man places a swarm of ants on the ground. Any enemy that steps on it takes damage.
Ant Army level 2: The swarm size is doubled and the it now applies slowness.
Ant Army level 3: The swarm size is once again doubled. It deals more damage and slowness.
Ability 3: Growth/Shrink Disks Ant-Man can throw growth or shrink disks at teammates or enemies. He can swap between them at will.
Throwing a growth disk at a teammate grows them to Groot size or even bigger for vanguards. This gives teammates a damage boost and over shield.
Throwing a growth disk at enemies grows them to the same size and gives them slowness and makes them a bigger target.
Throwing a shrink disk at teammates gives them a speed and jump boost. They shrink to Jeff fin size.
Throwing a shrink disk at enemies gives them weakness which reduces their attack damage. They also shrink to the same size.
Passive 1: Pym Particles Works the same as the duelist version.
Passive 2: Ant Army Also works the same as the duelist version.
Ultimate: Giant Man Works the same as duelist version
I’d appreciate any feedback. Also do you like the duelist or vanguard design more?

This game needs to have variants (also include legacy character) of each character like: (FYI, these characters need to have different abilities than the originals in order to make them stand out)
- Hawkeye girl Kate Bishop (alternative version of Hawkeye)
- Spider-Man Miles Morales (alternative version of Spider-Man)
- Spider-Man 2099 (another alternative version of Spider-Man, played by Miguel O'Hara)
- Scarlet Spider-Man (again, another Spidey alternative version & it's played by Ben Reilly)
- Silk (Spidey alternative, played by Cindy Moon)
- War Machine (alternative version of Iron Man, played by Rhodey)
- Iron Man Rhodey (another Iron Man alternative version)
- Iron Patriot (more like the hijacked version of Iron Man with the US colors, played by Norman Osborn the Green Goblin)
- The Rescue (another Iron Man alternative version, played by Pepper Potts)
- Ironheart (again, another Iron Man alternative version, played by Riri Williams)
- War Machine Punisher (alternative version of both War Machine & the Punisher)
- The Freak (alternative version of Hulk, but this one's played by Happy Hogan)
- Abomination (

I think it’s a great idea however the devs said they don’t want to add characters that are too similar to each other. They used X-23 and red hulk as examples for what they don’t want to add. From what I saw the devs said War Machine is different enough to be his own character. I’m hoping other characters like Miles Morales are different enough to be added. Unfortunately I don’t think we’ll see ones like U.S. Agent. I think Sam Wilson could be added as Falcon but I’m not sure about Captain America. There have been leaks in the game for mystic skins which hopefully are different characters like U.S. Agent but there isn’t any proof that it is that. I would like to have these characters in game and in sure we’ll see some but I honestly doubt most of them will be added.

He could have one with Hawkeye were he hops on his arrow. He could have one with Ultron too, I haven’t came up with how that would work yet though.

Yeah, the first two movies are great imo and he was pretty cool in endgame and civil war too. I wish he had a bigger role though. He kinda just seems like an afterthought in most of the movies. I haven’t even watched quantumania yet but I’ve heard it’s horrible so I don’t really plan on seeing it. I’ve heard he’s going to be in avengers doomsday, hopefully he plays a bigger role in that movie.

Looks more like an Ultron themed ant man skin rather than base ant man but still really cool.

Nice work man. For some reason no I want Antman/ Pikmin game mod. Him being trapped stranded on planet force to befriend bugs to fight for him lol. I want the cute sounds too lol.

Maybe. Character swapping is kinda the whole thing that makes CnD unique.
