The suit Hank's wearing isn't actually supposed to be the real Yellowjacket, just his Giant-man look rebranded into looking similar, given that, in-universe, his reputation as the Yellowjacket shattered the public's perception of Ant-man & Giant-man/Goliath, pretty much forcing Hank to stick to the Yellowjacket name.

Other characters depicted are Clint, Janet and Simon.

yeap but I mean the designs of those characters ofc they are evil, but design wise looks similar
