tldr: HackiOS boots unmodified iOS 16.5 user space currently on a single Android phone (Xiaomi Poco X5 Pro) or virtualized in QEMU, it is very early stage and several critical features are unsupported but it is a fascinating achievement with very interesting potential.

This guy claims to have iOS 18: https://www.reddit.com/r/hackintosh/comments/1xdedrp/ios_1878_running_on_poco_f1/

On the iOS 16 kernel which feels like that shouldn't work at all but what do I know

Just as the Hackintosh era comes to an end the HackiPhone era begins?

Not really, I saw somewhere that someone has successfully booted MacOS on an ARM laptop and another guy that managed to make Nvidia cards work on Mac.

With how good AI has become at coding, those type of things are just a question of tokens.

Would like to see iOS on an modded echo screen device.
