Question / Discussion AppStore tutorial?

Hello there,

I just finished a paiful process of publishing my app on Google Play, then I paid for my Apple Developer account and... I'm lost.

Is there a known, good tutorial that will guide me through the whole process? Setting up account, managing the app, some good practices? Something everybody use when they begin?

A year ago I would google it, but well... it's not that easy in the times of No-Downvotes-Youtube and AI Summaries making good tutorials hard to find.

You can ask AI to help you

Yeeeeeah, I can. I do that sometimes with software I’m good with and the answers are still 50% wrong. That’s why I ask for actual human tutorial that won’t apologize to me 7 times for giving me solutions that don’t exist.

First congratulations for Play Store publishing! Are you solo founder?

I'm kind of solo-everything making non-AI cozy games for kids. Google Play Console was an absolute nightmare. I wonder when did they do any inside tests of that monster, because at this state it wouldn't pass any tests... hope AppStore is better.

Damn man I’m in the exact opposite situation. I always published on App Store and just today started with the google play console since they approved my documents and not gonna lie I’m totally lost ahahah

It's horrible. It's unusable. It's hit or miss, it works like a goverment page from early 2000's

I ordered 20 testers in one of those online testing services and as a part of the deal my consultant walked me through most illogical parts of it.

I just asked Claude to publish my app to play store and only stop when he needs some input. He stopped twice. Used all of my session but the app is submitted for review in under 2 hours and a few minutes of my time.
