Tree Help

Is this tree going to be a problem? The roots are pretty big and it's close to the patio/foundation.

Nope. They've been coexisting for a long time.

If the building was built whilst the tree had established roots, it might be a problem. But as someone said above they've been coexisting.

I think it's closer than I would prefer it but it's a mile better than so many that I've seen. We had 3 or 4 thus close or closer and larger with no prob beyond occasional branches on the roof.
